- One of our specialties is REO, or Bank Foreclosure listings. If you are interested in purchasing a property that is an REO, we can keep you on our REO-notification" list, and notify you immediately when our new REO listings are available.

- We will create a PERSONAL SELLER WEBSITE for communicating market activity, marketing updates and all marketing materials.

If we list your property, we will review your pricing on a frequent basis, and regularly email you the surrounding area status changes and new listings as they become available. We also can post online updates in your personal transaction management website.
- We will SHOWCASE your property. Whenever possible, Resort Properties will take advantage of opportunities to hold an open house. This allows our team of agents to show your resort home to some of the hundreds of new visitors who arrive daily on Kauai.
