Clay was born and raised in the Hawaiian islands. Knowing the character of each island, Clay has chosen Kauai as his home. He loves Kauai for it's natural beauty and for world-class surfing.
Clay knows the beaches, the breaks and water conditions on Kauai and provides guidance to his clients and to visitors. Clay spent over 10 years as a beach water-safety officer on northshore of Kauai. In his spare time, Clay is challenged to do tow-in surfing on the big waves off Kauai. The picture to the left is taken off Kings (off north shore)
Clay's experience with the islands and his involvement with the buying and selling of real estate in Hawaii for 22 years, helps Clay give valuable guidance to his buyers.
Clay provides invaluable services for our bank foreclosure properties.
