Josie offers her clients the expertise that comes from an exceptional educational and professional background. Josie’s extensive travels and diverse work experiences help her relate to a range of clients from different cultures and backgrounds.
After attending schools in the Philippines and Switzerland, Josie graduated from the University of San Francisco. She has traveled and worked in several countries and in multiple professions, including finance, banking, retail and commercial leasing, hospitality, and also worked in a master plan community dealing with homebuilding, lot and new home sales. Her career opportunities and language skills gave her the opportunity to live and work places such as Hongkong, Taiwan, and Texas. Josie also speaks Mandarin, Taiwanese, Fookien and Tagalog.
Josie and her husband were married on Kauai’s north shore in 1999 and dreamed of returning. In 2003, they were able to make Princeville their home.
Since moving to Kauai, Josie has learned all aspects of the vacation rental business and has become well-versed in Kauai real estate, particularly the condominium market. She has made several successful personal investments in both long term and vacation rental properties and is able to share her first-hand experience with clients interested in making the right real estate investment choices.
